  • Where will the slaughtering take place?

    The Qurban will take place in the respective countries you have chosen. 

  • How do I know that the Qurban is done correctly?

    A2A is working with reputable organizations in the respective countries and will have its own representatives to observe the whole process.

  • When will the slaughtering take place?

    It will take place on the Eid day and the 3 tashreeq days. 

  • Will the Sohibul qurban (Participant) be informed of the completion of his/her korban?

    Yes. It will be done by either the buyers’ Agent (Mosque, Organization, reseller etc) or the vendor (A2A Trading).

  • Can I have any pictures or videos of the Qurban slaughtering?

    Yes. Each sohibul qurban will be given an Individual picture or video of the slaughtering or general distribution picture/videos depending on the location chosen. 

  • Will I receive any certificates?

    Yes. Each sohibul qurban will receive an E-certificate.

  • When and how will I receive the pictures/videos and certificate?

    You will receive the pics/videos and the E-cert by WhatsApp/SMS link/email from either the buyers’ agent or the vendor within 3-4 weeks of the end of slaughter.

  • Will I receive any meat?

    SFA does not allow the meat to be imported into Singapore from the countries which we are doing the qurban (except from Australia)

  • How and where will the slaughtering take place?
    The Sheep will be slaughtered in Australia in an approved, halal abattoir & the meat carcass packed for shipment to Singapore.
  • When will the slaughtering take place?
    It will take place on the Eid day and the tashreeq days.
  • Will the Sohibul Qurban (Participant) be informed of the completion of his/her Qurban?
    Yes. It will be done by either the buyers’ Agent (Mosque, Organization, reseller etc) or the vendor (A2A Trading).
  • Can I have any pictures or videos of the Qurban slaughtering?
    Unfortunately, we cannot provide any pictures or videos of the slaughtering process as it is not allowed.
  • Will I receive any certificates for the Australian Qurban?
    Yes an E certificate will be provided.
  • Will I receive the body parts such as liver, head, tongue etc together with my meat?
    No. You will only receive the meat carcass.
  • How is the meat sent to Singapore?
    The chilled Qurban meat is sent by Airfreight to Singapore.
  • What happens when the shipment arrives in Singapore?
    The Vendor will clear the shipment through the customs & send it to an approved cold room for inspection by SFA. The meat is then cut into regular sizes before delivery to Mosques, Organisations &/or Qurban participants.
  • How will I receive the meat?
    The meat will be delivered to your homes in cooler bags.
  • Will I be informed prior to my delivery date?
    Yes. You will be informed either by the Buyer’s agent, vendor or the delivery company regarding your delivery details at least 1 day before the delivery.
  • What is the amount of meat I will receive?
    If you opt to take 1/3 it will be around 5-6kg, if 2/3 it will be around 10-12kg. If you opt to take all it will be around 15-17kg.
  • What happens if I am not there to receive the Qurban meat at the allocated date and time?
    If you are unavailable on the scheduled date and time at your selected delivery address, then

    1) If the delivery person contacts you then you can ask him to leave the bag outside your house or with your neighbour or,

    2) Can make arrangements with the delivery company to arrange for another delivery date at an extra cost of $10 per sheep.

  • If I opt to take only a portion of my Qurban meat what will happen to the donated meat?
    It will be distributed within the community to the needy families, zakat recipients, social service Homes etc either by the Buyers’ agents or the vendor in collaboration with masjids, organizations, NGO’s etc.

(Qurban done in Australia and 1/3 meat air flown to Singapore & Balance sent to Palestine or All sent to Palestine)

  • Where will the slaughtering take place?

  • Will I receive any certificates?
    For the option of receiving 1/3 or 2/3 meat carcass to Singapore ,since you will be receiving the meat, this itself is evidence for your Qurban hence certificate will not be provided. However, for the option of donating all the meat to Palestine an E-certificate will be emailed upon request.
  • Will I receive the body parts such as liver, head, tongue etc together with my meat?
    No. You will only receive the meat carcass.
  • How is the meat sent to Singapore?

    You will receive the meat in the cooler bag.
  • What happens if I am not there to receive the Qurban meat at the allocated date and time?
    If you are unavailable on the scheduled date and time at your selected delivery address, the

  • How long will it take for the shipment to reach Palestine?
    The shipment by sea will take 45-50 days to reach Palestine and a further 30-45 days for customs clearance, paperwork and distribution.
  • Will I receive any pictures of the distribution?
    General pics of the distribution will be shared to all once the distribution is completed (usually within 4-5 months from the Qurban date)
  • Which part of Palestine the distribution will take place?
    The shipment will be sent to Ashdod port in Israel or Aqaba port in Jordan.  In case it is not possible to deliver to Gaza due to conflict or closure, the meat will be distributed to Palestinians in the Occupied territories. If that is not possible also then it will be diverted to Palestinian refugees in Jordan.
